(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
(c) You agree not to share your account with any other person or create multiple accounts.

(e) Inaccurate or incomplete medical information may result in adverse outcomes during an emergency. RESCUQR shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate data provided by you.
5. Subscription, Payment & Pricing
(a) RESCUQR operates on an annual subscription model. The current subscription fee is ₹299 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Ninety-Nine) per year, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
(b) Payment is processed through Razorpay, a RBI-authorised payment gateway. RESCUQR does not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by Razorpay.
(c) Your subscription is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of successful payment. You will receive a notification before the expiry of your subscription to renew.
(d) If your subscription is not renewed, your QR code will be deactivated and will display a “subscription expired” message when scanned. Your data will be retained for 90 days post-expiry, after which it may be deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
(e) Promotional discounts or offers, if any, are subject to separate terms and are valid for the period specified at the time of the offer.
(f) Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ prior notice. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
6. QR Code Sticker
(a) Upon successful payment, a unique QR code will be generated and linked to your medical profile.
(b) A physical weatherproof sticker will be printed and dispatched to the delivery address you provide. Delivery timelines are typically 5-7 business days within India.
(c) You are responsible for placing the sticker in a visible location on your vehicle (car, bike, helmet, cycle, etc.).
(d) The QR code is non-transferable and is linked exclusively to your account. You must not transfer, sell, or assign your QR sticker to another person.
(e) If the sticker is damaged, lost, or needs replacement, you may request a reprint at an additional cost.
7. Emergency Information Display & Masked Calling
(a) When your QR code is scanned, the scan page will display only the medical information you have chosen to make visible through your privacy toggle settings. Emergency contact call buttons are always visible.
(b) Masked calling is facilitated through Twilio’s telephony services. Neither the bystander’s phone number nor the emergency contact’s phone number is revealed to the other party.
(c) Call quality and availability depend on network conditions and Twilio’s service availability. RESCUQR does not guarantee uninterrupted call service.
(d) A rate limit of 3 calls per emergency contact per hour is enforced to prevent misuse.
